Discovery Bay | Pacific Coastline Estuary
I illustrated large, digital-watercolor habitat illustrations for the new signage at the Minnesota Zoo's Discovery Bay. Both panels show a complex ecosystem with plants, birds, fish, invertebrates and mammal species endemic to each habitat. This Estuary illustration features a muddy river estuary on the Oregon coastline with salt marsh wildlife including a racoon, pelicans, gulls, sandpipers and plovers, dunginess crab, and migrating canada geese.
